Thought provoking but it is impossible to confirm if we are seeing a J-20 with TVC. But if you asked me I'd say there should be a J-20 with WS-10 TVC. If they plan to add thrust vectoring to the WS-15, it is highly likely that they are experimenting with TVC.
WS-15 is native TVC engine, and based on the previous estimation of initial roll out in 2023, it's about time

You mean the ventral fins? They are still there. You can see them at 0:09 of the video.
