That's how I'm tempted to interpret too, and I'm not sure what part of those words influenced the guy on twitter to interpret as two engines of the same type.

In any case, this persistent kind of lack of clarity even around rumours about development for engines, is why these days I don't even keep track of engine stuff because the crumbs aren't even worth it.
