Very well could be, and I don't mean to always be negative, I think BlackStone was telling me he was cynical the other day, I'm probably pretty cynical too after 8 years of Obama/Hillary/JohnKerry, Good Lord, have mercy on us all!
The long and the short of it, has been the freeze that Obama and Co. have put on our relationship with China and Russia. I think the Chinese and the Russians had his number up front, and didn't treat him like the "golden child"? Obama has had lots of preferential treatment all his life here in the states, and things seemed to "magically" work out to the good for him, in the real world with the big boys, he comes across as "cranky and spoiled".

Back to the J-20, I am a little skeptical Siege?? and just out of a lifetime of aircraft and acquisitions, an ambitious program without delays and short falls is a rarity. The J-20 is a clean sheet aircraft, and Lord knows we've had our share of delays in both the F-22 and F-35 programs because of the ambitious nature of those two aircraft, for the Chinese the J-20 is no less ambitious? It would not surprise me to see 10-14 LRIP birds next fall, but that will be a lot of hard work.

True, but the main point is the program is progressing well and therefore we can expect China is definitely working on the next generation of stealth air crafter fighters and bombers to go along with it's own quantum anti-stealth radar as well. Times are exciting to see all these developments from China, US and Russia.

About serials, it is well known trick to give inflated serial numbers to aircrafts or to change their serial numbers from time to time, to confuse enemy intelligence. So, as newest member of SDF, you all have much more experience about watching Chinese Armed Forces, do you know for any such case in China?
The second prototype appears to have been "renumbered" from 2002 to 2004?? no logical explanation for that has ever been postulated here?

What are they implying?
That they are selling toys of J-20(presumably at Zhuhai) so J-20 might be at Zhuhai this year.
