I do believe that you need to be American citizens to work on these top-secret projects, but there is no restriction on what ethnicity you have to be.

I think I read somewhere some Brits and Canadian citizens could work on secret programs, but that's a long time ago. As far as I know, you have to be a citizen to work on top secret projects.

Military programs are not meant to be contest of virginity. If you have foreign brains to exploit, good for you. If you can't keep the secret of your top secret project, it's your problem, not China's. Just don't say bid brother is not watching.

China will do everything it can to develop new technology and eventually match up to its competitors. Dont blame them on hacking or theft, etc. It can only proof either that somebody is too stupid to protect their work or the Chinese is too smart at hacking.

On the F-22 program, there are zero Chinese, Russian, German, Indians, or any other nationalities. There are only Americans on secret programs like F-22.
