This image showing a J-10AS and a J-10C arriving in Thailand for the upcoming joint PLAAF-Thai AF "Falcon Strike 2024" exercise is most interesting for two reasons: 1. I expect both J-10s are from the same unit & the J-10AS clearly shows the serial no. 74015 from the 130th AB:

2. Also visible is a J-10C with its construction number cn. 0332 and even if I wasn't able to find exactly the same aircraft at its former unit, I found J-10C cn. 0330 then assigned to the 131st AB as 74822 during the Zhuhai Air Show in 2021 ...

IMO a strong hint, the 130th AB is now flying the former 131st AB's J-10Cs which in return must operates something new!?
... and this fits to reports, the 131st AB is getting or already got J-20.

And the 132nd? Still stuck with prehistoric J-7s?

I sort of refuse to believe PLAAF would be retiring jh7a, made in early 2000s, before j7, even if they are G variant. Jh7a are certainly far more useful than j7. All that to say, i find it unlikely that as of mid 2024 there are still j7 units active.

According to the life indicators of the new fighter jets under development revealed in the paper "Discussion on the Life Indicator Requirements of Advanced Trainer Aircraft and Technical Approaches to Achieve Life Indicators" published by the China Aircraft Strength Research Institute in 2000, it can be seen that the design life indicators of the J-10 aircraft are 5,000 hours, 7,500 flights, and a lifespan of 20 years.
