I think Pakistan itself will keep certain opsec, regardless of J-10 or Jf-17s.

The radars of block III and J-10s are kinda 'unknown' to the world at large relatively speaking as they're operated only by Pakistan and China. They'd both like to keep that factor intact.

It's the avionics that wins battles today and not kinematics which was proven in Operation Swift Retort. Probably the only peer to peer engagement consisting of Chinese, Russian, French and American origin assets and PAF ran circles around InAF on that day despite giving them full day advanced notice.

So whatever Pakistan sends, in terms of avionics, it'd be operating really in gimped way.

I read the same on Weibo. If true I wonder if radar has been upgraded as well.

This opens up the opportunity for export to Pakistan. Having a two seater will alleviate training pains considerably.
