A Chinese media report revealed that another country had requested the supply of a large number of J-10CE fighter jets. If a deal goes through, Sudan will become the second country after Pakistan to operate the single-engine Chinese fighter aircraft.

After years of hesitancy about the East African nation’s selection for its next generation of combat aircraft, the Sudanese Defense Ministry is starting negotiations to purchase Chinese J-10C fighter fighters, according to the Chinese magazine Myzaker.

Can Sudan really afford this?
Their GDP per Capita is 674 dollar, technically they can afford it but it would be a massive miss use of funds for a country that needs so many other things.

So, if batch 07 of J-10C is going to Pakistan - does it mean there will be a hiatus in delivery of new J-10C to PLAAF?
Production pace seems to be little over 30 planes per year... So if Pakistan's batch is for example 30 or more plane (how many did they buy?) does that mean that PLAAF won't be getting any additional J-10 for a year or longer?

As it seems, Batch 07 is not PAF but still PLAAF since the ones delivered to Pakistan are clearly J-10CE Batch 01 aircraft

Thanks. Is there any source out there that would answer the following: is the batch for plaaf being produced more slowly? Or is the Pakistani batch produced at an expanded production line at Chengdu?
