It looks like Iran will pick up some Su-35s after it got rejected at Indonesia and Egypt. Still, Iran has a large air space and a lot of energy resources. There is no reason why China cannot get some export deals with Iran. Shilao's podcast yesterday mentioned some of the political difficulties around exporting J-10s to North Korea. I'd imagine China would be less inclined to export J-10s to Iran if that means it will lose out on some of the more lucrative Middle East export bids down the road to places like Saudi Arabia. But we will see. Export of advanced fighter jet is a great tool of gaining political influence around the world. China should be using it as such.

what can saudi do to China if they export j10c to iran? stop selling oil to their biggest customer? LOL

Guys … the lat 2-3 pages had content on radar comparisons, the JAS-39 vs whatever, AAMs from different countries and now Turkey‘s exercise with PLAAF Flankers, NONE of the last posts had any specific content or relevance to the J-1ß and that after nor two warnings!

So wither you simply cannot or do not want to stick to the topic I‘m questioning is it a matter of ignorance or whatever. I don‘t want to spell bans but as it seems I‘m forced to if this does not change!

Hey Rick, Thanks for your take on J-20 on TD. Now that J-10 have made its first overseas export. So can we anticipate some on J-10? Its history, dispel some myths and your assessment? Thanks again.

There isn't much definitive detail or interesting information that can be provided for the J-10 that people don't already generally know.
