Why do you think Chinese is so secretive with J10b serials? Is there any chance J10b induction will be revealed during Obama visit?

IMHO, China decided to keep low profile for a while. Last years hype about aircraft carrier and other military developments raised morale back home, but it also attracted unwelcomed attention from Western press. For now, China is content on letting Russia play bad boy on international scene and continuing to work in silence .

looks like a 7 at first, maybe 78 ... as such the 78x1xserials from the 170. Brigade FTTC at JuGucheng is highly likely.

This is probably a good case in point where, just because news seems slow and we are not seeing photo's (J-20 a couple of months ago?), progress is still being made
