Filthy-minded bastard ;)

Anyway, it's from this photo View attachment 6518, of HKU being gifted with a model of the 056. Just pokin' some gentle fun - a gift of a model means a gift of a model, nothing more.

Type 056 Light Corvette.
A model of the new Type 056 Light Corvette was presented to Hong Kong University by the deputy commander of the PLA Hong Kong Garrison, Major General Wang Junli (here) on November 4th 2010. Since then, it was speculated that this 1500 ton corvette could be the possible replacement of the Jianghu class workhorse. This could be credible since the two leading Chinese naval affairs magazines covered the Type056 in their current issues.

Yeah, but the model itself was gifted to the University of Hong Kong.. not to the PLAN.

The point is the gift of a model doesn't mean anything. Pakistan will get her J-10/FC-20 at some point but I don't think that photo proves anything one way or another.

Well, If Kaiser Tufail tells that we might have to wait longer then expected for this deal then I start believe that it indeed will take some time.

Chengdu is still manufacturing J-10A's and I don't think they would sell J-10B's to foreign country anytime soon.

Well Mr. Broccoli, the last J10A were handed over to PLAAF some time back & now the assembly lines are already under shifting mode from J10As to J10Bs.

However, as far as foreign sales is concern PAF have already inked the agreement of initial batch of 36 (J10B) aircrafts & yes maybe you are right for any other countries J10B sales but with SINO - PAK relations just dont bother. it will be there.

Can you enlighten us with a source for this signed deal? In my opinion, this potential deal would be a huge news and would be all over the places on the web.

What are the sources of this information or is this speculation?

Well I am not in argument here for proof with sources, just wait & see.
