Can we verify it is indeed just small drones (like how small? Shahed small or DJI small)? I find it hard to believe unless it is still ongoing
While IAEA confirms no damage to any nuclear site:

Can the media in the US, Europe, and Israel salvage Israel's reputation in light of today's strike?
If this is all it is laughably weak, this won't even satisfy their domestic political pressure. Hell maybe even the Iranians are probably a bit baffled, I guess I'll wait for more details
That seriously cannot be it, there has to be more, otherwise, Israel’s status as Americas unsinkable carrier in the Middle East would ultimately be an empty statement.
Iran claims the drones originated from the Kurdish region of Syria. Not possible for small drones to reach central Iran from Israel. Can we verify it is indeed just small drones (like how small? Shahed small or DJI small)? I find it hard to believe unless it is still ongoing
It's all about narratives though. If this is all it is laughably weak, this won't even satisfy their domestic political pressure. Hell maybe even the Iranians are probably a bit baffled, I guess I'll wait for more details
It's all about narratives though.
Let's remember how the spy balloon of last year became a major incident and it turns out the balloon wasn't equipped with anything that would distinguish it from a weather balloon. Intrusion of an armed military drone is many orders of magnitude worse than that.
While yes, we can say it's essentially nothing, it all depends on how it's portrayed. If Israeli/Western media portrays it as a major symbolic event reestablishing the Israeli "right" to strike Iran without retaliation, then this will hold true in the western consciousness.
