Bibi is forced to response due to internal pressure but don't want to incur overwhelming Iranian response, makes sense. My guess is Iran has a well calibrated plan for this, they'll again retaliate maybe somewhat harder than last time but not overwhelmingly so, slowly but surely climbing the ladder until one side fold
