Al-Quds Brigades show scenes of targeting a gathering of occupation soldiers and vehicles in Jabalia. What kind of weapon is this? That smoke plume is huge.

Leaked scenes from an Israeli soldier's camera show him being trapped with his colleagues inside a building in Gaza

Full video of above attack: IDF trapped in an apartment. These guys are getting grenades thrown at them in these tiny rooms.

Houthi have had a big success this time, successfully hitting British owned tanker. The ship is on fire and apparently the crew have abandoned ship:

In the case of the British-operated oil tanker, the ship was damaged and the crew was forced to abandon ship. U.S. officials said the crew was able to make it aboard a lifeboat, while the USS Carney and a French warship were en route to provide assistance.

A few things are happening right now:

Israeli logistics and engineering equipment is also being transported to the Lebanese border.

The Israel Defense Forces are conducting combat coordination exercises in the north of the country in preparation for a possible operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Similar maneuvers took place before the start of the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army spokesman announced the increased readiness of the Israeli army in the northern part (border with Lebanon);

Daniel Hagari: Israeli army forces conducted real fire and combat exercises in the (simulated) built-up area.

Additionally, Israel is considering equipping reserve units in Samaria and Judea with anti-tank weaponry.

The IAF carried out a large-scale strike today in southern Lebanon.

Iranian source: An unnamed Arab country has provided reliable information to Hezbollah that Israel will launch a large-scale military operation in Lebanon.

On social media, Israeli internet users report that the IDF is carrying out a “massive transport” of logistics towards the Israeli-Lebanese border.

It appears that if diplomatic efforts fail, Israel appears likely to invade southern Lebanon and force Hezbollah beyond the Litani River.

Furthermore, some sources say that Israel may make a statement in the next few hours.

Let's wait.

I apologize for the lack of a source link, but I'm on my cell phone and it's very difficult to publish this post.

Seems like the blockade and other international sanctions forces Israel's hand in starting more fronts. If it were only Gaza, it seemed likely that they can limp out while avoiding more severe consequences, but if a regional war begins, then the existence of Israel itself could be threatened.

It is ironic that the conduct of IDF soldiers have been often compared to IJA, while the defenders in Palestine have been compared to the partisans that fought the Axis while armed with nothing but guns and satchel charges, and now, like the nazi Japanese, they are facing an economically crippling blockade that could end up pulling them into out of control wars that destroy their whole war machine.

History repeats I guess.
Interesting if there is a comparison of cost between Patriot and TBM ... I wouldn't be surprised if Patriot is >10x more expensive
It's generally normal for air defenses to cost more. The larger issue with Patriot is that it does not seem to quite approach the efficiency of even S300, and those are old news at this point of time.

What is the IDF navy even doing. Can't they escort their own stuff by missile interception?
If they go out in the red sea they'll probably be insta mobbed.

Houthis have been launching 1 missile at a time at US ships. Thats imho just theater, same as US striking some random sheds after warning the Houthis hours in advance they'll come. Yemenis don't actually want to sink an US navy ship and deal with the mess that will happen after. An Israeli ship is another matter, they won't hesitate to launch a big volley, and the Israeli ship would be fucked. They don't have anything with good missile defense.

It really does seem like the upper leadership in IDF (potentially also Israel) is engaged in adventurism/opportunism.

First with attacking southern Gaza after they encountered heavy resistance and problems in northern Gaza (and couldn't destroy resistance in the north), and then it turned out that the south wasn't easy as well.

And now they want to attack up northern against Hezbollah?

Lol, they are gonna get their asses beaten (not to mention, they have basically been screaming about the threat and strength of Hezbollah the last 1-2 decades, and before oct 7, they saw Hezbollah as an enemy in the 10 times + more dangerous than Hamas lol, oh, and Hezbollah really does live up to that judgement, probably even more).

Only hope is really that US will come and 'save' them, although it's honestly a question if they even can lol.
