UN is a lost cause in it's present formulation... what they will do
While its HQ are in the US, it will stay as toothless as the League of Nations before it.

Israel Ambassador is arrested for interrupting Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi's speech.
Seems Israel wants to overtake Ukraine for the title of "Reddit Country".

There isn't much detail about the result of yesterday's incursion, which I guess its part of the reason why Israel destroyed all of Gaza's communication infrastructure as it allows them to try to control the narrative, from their losses to their ethnic cleansing.

Which is why Musk announcing he will provide Starlink to Gaza's NGO's seems to have been so illreceived by Israel

Punishment from the US for stepping out of the line and creating an embarrassment? Or internal American dissent on what to do with Israel?

Either way, I don't think it changes much for Hamas. They'll use the secured comms network they've been using before. But it will let random Palestinian civilians ration less internet time.

US & Israel's latest moves have big Japan walking out of the league of nations energy to them. My prediction is that the days of the UN are numbered.

Official confirmation on the slow flow of information coming from Gaza. But, Elon Musk is providing services for internationally recognized aid organizations via Starlink as mentioned in a previous post here.

The Israeli army carried out massive air raids, targeting Beit Lahia, Beit Hanoon and Zeitoun, with medical and civil defence personnel saying recuse efforts were hindered by a communication blackout.

The entire communication system of the Gaza Strip has been destroyed, allowing only speculation currently about the sheer amount of damage that has been caused by the bombardment of the northern part of the enclave and Gaza City.

Great opportunity for Huawei to step in. ;)

That is one interesting way to advertise his business. But then again, his business might get banned in Israel. Huawei on other hands has nothing to lose.
