Are you talking about the view through that NVG? That's an analog NVG so not ADNV

Or is this talking about the NVG that the guy is wearing?

Likely ADNV digital unit seen in use at ex Cooperation 2024, along with a proper mounting bracket attached to 1224 helmet. Definitely has improved performance compared to the legacy 1224 digital eyepieces, and with the cancellation of the program's digital soldier system there's not much reason to keep those things around for much longer.

For the curious the analog NVGs pictured worn by those handful of PLA troops are Yaksa-14XS (Alexi housing/Corgi-XS optics), as for the tubes they're likely NVT-6 purchased alongside the housing order. The whole bundle is HK produced so an easy enough small batch purchase. Photo is from the Yaksa Alexi shop page for reference.
