This is a high quality domestic copy of the flagship plate carrier (LV-119) of Spiritus Systems, a US supplier aimed mainly towards the civilian market. The USMC seems to have a similar vest based on this, although with noticeable modifications such as added PALS webbing. The copy being tested - TW-LV119 (with added "TW") is produced by UnionTac, another one of those Chinese "remake producers" similar to FMA. Surprisingly, it sells at a almost identical price to the original product, so I'm guessing it hopefully also shares a similar product qualityfound information that this should be a product display of private enterprise suppliers
