It's because this is Type 21. The standard of Type 21 is now 2 pattern (jungle and arid) for the PLA proper and two pattern for PAP (summer and winter). The other type 19 patterns have been abandoned (much to my chagrin, I was a huge fan of the urban model).

I used to remember someone on the forum wanting to make a game, but I forgot who it was.
To be honest, the latest PLA infantry equipment currently only has very scattered information. The information on the previous generation of infantry equipment is quite comprehensive.

A lot of relevant information can be found under these topics in the forum.

Some units has special shoulder insignia before the reforms , I remember that I saw on the news sometime this year that the special patches are carried to the type 19 patches
