Under production Tejas MK1A and Rafales are the only two aircrafts in IAF inventory with AESA Radar
SEPCAT Jaguar also has AESA Radar but it's an outdated aircraft and would start retiring from 2024 onwards so I am not counting it
Su30MKI and Mig29 has PESA Radar (to be upgraded with Upscaled version Indian made UTTAM MK2 AESA Radar)
India has been offering Super Sukhoi Upgrade Program to the countries which operate Su30MKI which comes with Indian Mission computer and Indian Radar

MBDA has said that they can integrate meteor missile either with European radar or with the Indian Radar not with Israeli or Russian
Western source, preferably MBDA? They have said they won't integrate it with the Israeli radar but I've not seen a source saying they would integrate it with the Indian radar.
Yes that's my point once Su30MKI gets upgraded with Upscaled version of UTTAM AESA radar it would be able to carry Meteor missiles
haha, That's a good one! That will never happen, do you honestly believe western governments would ever allow a Russian Su-30 to have Meteor?
MBDA has no problem integrating Meteor Missiles if Tejas has European or Indian made Radar but if it has Israeli Radars they cannot integrate it

Paywalled Indian source. Not even close to being reliable.

Read the news article
in response to an IAF query whether the Meteor could be integrated onto the Uttam AESA radar the Defence R&D Organisation (DRDO) was developing, MBDA gave conditional acceptance on July 13, 2018. Writing to the deputy chief, MBDA wrote: “integration would be perfectly feasible (provided) this DRDO ‘UTTAM’ radar would need to be shown to be completely indigenous.”
When they're already exporting Meteor to India it makes no sense to not allow integration with Indian Radar
Now coming to Su30MKI you would be surprised to know that Indians are already Integrating Israeli I-Derby ER Air to Air Missile on Su30MKI

I don't know how it's possible maybe they're talking about Super Sukhoi with Indian UTTAM AESA Radar
what's even more weird is that Su30MKI integrates Indian systems and avionics as well as French and Israeli sub-systems.
The ELTA jammer in Su30MKI is Israeli
Not everything is available in public domain how India manages to tweak russian and french platforms to integrate with Israeli weapons , systems and subsystems is still a mystery

Read the news article
See my previous post, it is an Indian paywalled newspaper which I cannot access, not a reliable source. The preview of the article however said the following "MBDA, the European consortium that builds the Meteor, has repeatedly told the IAF that it would only fit that missile onto a fighter with a European airborne radar, reports Ajai Shukla"

No, I'm not surprised in the slightest but this has no correlation to Meteor integration on Su-30MKI. Israel has always been liberal with weapons export.

France , Israel and Russia didn't cooperate with each other on Su30MKI it's India which tweaked the Su30MKI to integrate various systems and subsystems
Su30MKI has Indian Mission Computer , French Avionics , Israeli jammer

So Indian Su30MKI are frankenjet... do they have matching engine or they plan to change some?

There was a plan to change the Russian Al-31FP engine with Upscaled version of Indian Kaveri engine.

But now India is modifying Russian AL-31FP engines with Indian made components to increase the thrust , service life and several other parameters
Point is that if India can manage to integrate Israeli missile with Russian Radar why can't they integrate an European missile with Indian Radar?
And I don't think MBDA would even object integrating of meteor with UTTAM AESA Radar because it's 100% Indian made
