It's going to take at least a decade to move away from using Russian equipment. Even if they switch to western platforms, they'll still need them for supplies and serving. There's been no sign of them wanting to switch anyway.
No organization will work with an "I" in it unless it is broken down into several few functional & actual countries.
To be fair, it's actually possible if the Ukraine situation continues on it's path, with the ukrainian military stopping indians from escaping. India is a very emotional country and such events (+western commentators criticising india's position) will definitely rile up Indians to become anti-west
I think US Green Card/Canadian visa/EU citizenship still matters more. Being able to serve Westerners fulfills their life purpose.
