But you have got to admit they look really good & fresh.
Look at this one

I cant quite understand what are these. Paper wrappings?
Probably asked some interns to do the models. And one of them had the idea of using their face mask intended for Covid, painted it over Grey and struck it in place of the cockpit or atleast looks like it.

This fighter is unique, however, in the sense that it is a folding wing Delta. You can so see the Rafale cheeks.

It really is a beauty... I never knew a Rafale with ‘squared’ intakes and a flat bottom can look really good too...
Let them copy if they want to copy another design. The question after all is 'Can they copy? '. Either way will end that freaking statement they say every damn time, 'Chinese only know how to copy'.

Personally, I like the design of Rafale. So maybe I am a bias here.

You misunderstand my post... it’s not a dig at the Indians copying per say... I was just having a bit of fun at the Indians expense but also a dig at how the Indians constantly laugh at others for what they doing themselves...

I have never seen it as a problem when military equipment is concerned, if they need to use a working and proven base for their design that is a smart move, since the purpose of the equipment is to defend the country, they should use whatever method they can to achieve that goal, even if it means out right stealing!

Is this the same as ORCA or entirely different?
ORCA means omni role combat aircraft. It's similar to TEDBF which has multirole function and focused on carrier ops.

ORCA is shelved atm. That's the say in town. But I think we can't Dismiss ORCA entirely. If, and only if TEDBF gets successful, then ORCA will become a reality. It's my belief that ORCAs existence will be determined by the magnitude of success achieved by TEDBF.
