They would more than regenerate the taxpayer cost to house and feed them
by preventing billions of yuan worth of sandstorm related damage/interruption of activities in northern metropolitan areas. Think of it as the cuck version of HSR.
Sounds like lots of tax burden for us and mainlanders then. China is already in huge debt. It is better to just banish the roaches and their associates and never allow them to return (as well as prohibit companies that hire them from doing businesses with China-based entities). More broadly, Beijing and HKSAR should consider adopting the same US sanctions regime against criminals who escaped or banish abroad, meaning that any foreign companies that seek to do business with China must not have any ties with these guys.
Don't forget, clean and fold laundry for British sailors, which is a time honoured tradition for them. Oh wait, they can't even get that job anymore because their appearance excludes them. Oh well, too bad.
