I don't know how Czech law works. But in Canada, everyone is allowed to run for as a candidate in a party or as an independent as long as several major hurdles are met. One of the hurdles is not having a criminal record. This is one of the items left from British common law, which means HK would probably also have on the books. Maybe Czech allows ex-cons to run for office. But just by commiting a little thing called rioting and treason is typically a good reason to discard the ability for joshua Wang to even be considered as a candidate.
Political parties also have other rules, like don't be racists or put on blackface etc. But those are internal rules, which I'm sure is applied only selectively, since Joshua wong and Justin Trudeau doesn't apply.
I think JW should put on a Kkk outfit, it will get him a lot of support.
