I'm not familiar with what all those numbers and letters mean. What exactly do they tell us?
To blow sh*t up, just point this way... Basically
I think Broccoli was trying to say that it is possible to trace this missile back to when it's manufactured and perhaps who it was sold to... if we had such information available (or someone with inside knowledge).

To be honest it's impossible to know the origin by those numbers which by all accounts to me look fake, I think this is staged to deliberately show some numbers on the canisters to just divert attention, those marking don't look like they are from weapons manufacturing facility, too many and the style isn't right neither is the sequence
I have visited the POF (Pakistan ordnance factory) back in 2005 at Wah Cantt, my cousin worked there, a very modern facility operating to a very high standard, I have seen these before and to me at least they look like fake markings

Now that you mentioned it, if you look closely one can see the faded and sloppy spray paint job done on it.
