Note he wrote "于无声处听惊雷" or "hearing thunder in silence". 惊雷/Sudden Thunder is the series name for ALBM, hence the recent JL-1 displayed in the parade.

Well, now that multiple sources are hinting I'm convinced. Next stage will be waiting for people to start drawing diagrams and 3 view drawings due to 'sudden inspirations'. If the pattern from J-36 holds once we see those we'll be 1-2 month away from maiden flight.

Not wanting to spoil the atmosphere, but he clearly doesn't think the H-20 will fly. I think his poster is just some kind of celebration for the Victory Day parade.
