??? Why are people hanging on to the H20 potentially carrying PL10s and PL15s and acting as an air-to-air missile truck?

Why not instead have it carry something like 'PL17' or 'PL21' that could have something like 300km+ range, if it really needed to be used as a missile truck carrying air-to-air missiles?
Why even that? Flankers can do it.

That model is based on that pivoting V-tail design we saw a few years back right? I don't dig this concept, by pivoting the tail they can change yaw stability on demand by why though? It's not like the plane needs to perform a barrel role.

Maybe they need to do a roll If they want to toss a bomb long range like b-47 ? They where doing some king of Immelmann from low altitude while tossing the bomb while near verticaland to turn back to level flight to flee.

Is that something expected of a stealth bomber? I thought the flying wing is prohibitive for any extreme maneuvers, which is seen on the case of the B-2 which seems to have massive turning radius, I feel like a B-2 doing a barrel roll will lose control and stall out. Perhaps the H-20 can go supersonic so the folding tail is actually for control at high speeds?

Like the other poster said I don't think this is required of a stealth bomber, way too expensive of a platform to risk doing dive bombing.

Take off and landing

B-2 manages it just fine without those contraption.
