It literally says in the image that this is the GJ-11.
Yea I know its a drone I just thought it might be relevant to what the flying wing bomber might look like.

But this person is a official rep of the army so whatever he said should be pretty credible.
That clip is from the official state broadcaster, so no, it won’t get censored. And he is not the official representative of the PLA in general. He is a professor and a deputy director of an institute within the National Defense University.
H-20 is probably the worst-kept secret among PLA's major strategic weapons. This clip merely re-confirms its existence as a program. There is no need to infer anything more than that. I understand there are a lot of Chinese currently in need of psychologic boost in the wake of Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan.
