It was originally posted by 風不悲 (weibo.com/fengbubei) who said it was PSed a few years ago. Also, you are correct that it is a B-2. I imagine we will see quite a few of these during the holiday season.

So, apparently the notional H-18 was not real and the actual thing was a fighter bomber based on the J-16. Perhaps they might add some stealth characteristics to it.
