With the current crisis handled by China in a masterfully way, I have noticed that all international media (including western) are referring to the both US and China as Superpowers. I think this is the realisation by the world that we all have known China is a peer power of the US.
The current Chinese people owe a great debt to their forebears, who fought and struggled so that decades later Chinese people can hold their heads high.
I like this video, it reminds us all, how far the PLA has come.

Also a few days ago IIRC-Blinken also referred to China-chided actually-of needing to be a"responsible nuclear superpower"-Satisfying actually for my weekend roast pig and wine meal-A humble and deeply grateful salute and thanks to all of those in the past who toiled/suffered/endured and triumphed now to make this day possible-long may it continue.
Also does anyone "know" if any J20's were deployed in this aerial blockade exercise??

Suez crisis moment. US and USSR never shot anyone during Suez, they were nowhere near Egypt. But they won the Suez crisis.
One downside of increased tension is higher stakes for posting pictures of new military related stuff, so I suppose we'll see fewer "unofficial" photos of the new high end military stuff for the PLA(?)
