Nope, as Gollevainen said, that's a picture of one of the Type 052B getting replenished. Here's what the aft end of the Type 054 looks like:

What you said is meaningless if you don't give facts that compare the two. Care to start that comparison?

assuming you know what's on 052B.

054A:
uses YJ-83 with the Chinese version of band stand
looks like it uses 2 type 730 CIWS
looks like it will be important in PLAN's ASW strategy
has what appears to be Orekh illuminators (although Chinese will tell you that it is not)
speculated to use shtil (again, Chinese will tell you that it uses HH-16)
has relatively speaking stealthy hull

- when it comes to EW suite and C4I, it's really hard to say.

Now that you listed the facts, it does seem like the two share many common design features, except that 54A will be using VLS. Also, both ships appear to be using the top-plate radars. How about the difference in displacement and edurance?

054A - you are probably looking at 70% of 052B's displacement. I'm not sure about endurance. 052B's CODAG configuration does allow it to have a higher maximum speed than 054A though.
