As the count goes to absentee and mail in ballots, it looks more and more Biden will take Winconsin and Trump's lead in Michigan has evaporated.

I was thinking same.
Biden is leading in Wisconsin , narrowing in on Trump in Michigan with only 15k vote difference.
North Carolina too is hanging on by a thread, with vote difference of 75k.
Even without NC, with Nevada, Wisconsin & Michigan, sleepy joe has rest of 32 required votes :(

Trump is leading in Pennsylvania but a huge stock of ballots from Democrat counties are about to be counted. So every state now is game.

NC just relected a Democrat for governor so it may still be in play.

That'll destroy the effectiveness of judicial review going forward (regardless who controls the legislative and executive branch), undermining the judicial branch's purpose of checking government power. In that case it wouldn't matter if the SCOTUS opposes the political ideology of whoever occupies in the White House, the incumbent President just needs to appoint more Justices to tip things back in their favor - There's a reason why Justices are lifetime appointments, and why their hearings are so scrutinized.

Despite the SCOTUS being primarily conservative, they did throw out major legislation proposed by the Republicans like the Muslim-ban as well as Trump's latest attempt of throwing out mail in votes in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
It's been expanded in the past in 1937 to 15 seats, that didn't impact it's effectiveness during FDR era. Right now it is a 6-3 conservative majority. Expanding the courts to 13, with a 7-6 liberal majority restores the balance of power in Supreme Court and reflects the will of the American people (and results of Election, that is likely Biden).

SCOTUS eventually upheld Trump's Muslim ban on the 3rd try. The Mail-in ballots in Penn and North Carolina is not SCOTUS, they are state-level supreme courts.

I'm scared of a Biden win. All the anti-China white supremacist will still dominate the government.

Better to go against retarded Nazis than organized Nazis.

You should look up articles about Biden's future cabinet. It looks like he is hiring a bunch of ex-Obama foreign policy officials, so it's going to be Obama 2.0. He isn't keeping any of Trump's staff, he is getting rid of Pompeo, Rona Vara, Larry Kudlow, etc... etc... so I don't see why you are so worried.

Why did Trump do so well in this election looking like he's cruising to another win?!

The silent majority was on his side, just like there were with Nixon.

Its over for Biden. 4 more years of Trump.
Biden never stand a chance, polling should never be trusted again ever
yeapp, it's over for Biden
Four more years!

There is only a 50-60% chance that election would be called last night. Mainly centered around Florida. Trump cannot lose Florida, or else it's over.

How do you know Trump is doing so well when all the votes for states like MI, WI, PA, and VI takes days to be counted?

He now has exactly 270 with Michigan and Wisconsin.

Most uncounted votes from Michigan are Wayne county in Detroit, which heavily favors Biden.

This could be it, unless Biden loses Nevada.
Georgia and PA can also become blue. Too bad that NC won't be blue, else Biden will have higher EVs than Trump 2016.
