It's winner take all mostly in each state. In some states I think delegates are divided. I believe mathematically that can't happen.

In the unlikely, but possible, event of Trump and Biden getting 269 electoral votes each, the Constitution says the House of Representatives chooses the president, with each state having one vote, and the Senate choosing the vice president.
If the total number of votes is even then yes, mathematically it can happen.I believe mathematically that can't happen.
