JNCX is a shipyard in Shanghai?
This photo has some significant differences from Liaoning...and I did state that if that is not a ski-jump, but a flat forward deck, it would mean CATOBAR, which immediately takes it out of the LIaoning/KIsuetsov class.

The thing is, where did this picture come from? if someone gets to the first person that posted this photo, perhabs it can be asked where in the map did they get it. Unlike planes or ships photos that can be PS and cannot be disproven easily, a map photo must have coordinates.

The ski-jump ramp of Wuhan mockup was subsequently placed on a building with a flat roof. Could be built so even here.
Or 001B is a catapult-version of Liaoning?
First we have to proof - like @kroco pointed it out - whether it is real or not. Then we have to proof, whether it is still in use. There are strutures on the flight deck. Will they be removed? Or is it on old mockup and not longer used as mockup?

@Deino was also the one who as the first discovered the ominous new mockup. He should show us his sources, I trusted him (because I thought about the engineers in Dalian, who had learned so much about planning and building aircraft carriers, that it would be like throwing money out of the window, if they were in the future no longer engaged in constructing aircraft carriers).

Okay, so it was a post by Deino made on another forum? If Deino would like to expand on what he was talking about I would be interested in what he meant...
But the point remains, even with that information, it's still far too early to talk about an "001B" instead of 002... because there hasn't been any mention of this on any other boards as far as I can see.
As for the satellite photo, it was from cjdby originally, which is a big Chinese language military forum, so I sincerely doubt Deino acquired the photo through any special "source" as you may be implying...
If it's too early to talk about it a "001B", then it's too early to talk about a "002" because neither designation exists in real life.
