LOL at first I didn't get it OK so the regions are sorted in descending order beginning from Taiwan, I was now able to see this at
so let's take it up (says as of April 19, 2020):

for Taiwan it appears to refer to

The Chinese contain the virus. The border between Hubei and the rest of China works better than China's external borders. The reason is probably that the areas on both sides of the border must participate in the containment, and this works better between two Chinese provinces than between China and another country.

I think their results are excellent (no sarcasm) for megacities like Shanghai+Hangzhou, Beijing+Tiencin, Canton, Xian, just off top of my head, I'm not terribly good in geography of China and actually would have to use wiki for more

But this is nonsense. It's not worth posting. If we posted every angry crazy guy rant, this forum would be unreadable due to the amount of crap that needs to be sorted through in order to get to actually meaningful information.

On a separate note, my dad, who's in New Jersey, says his company is planning to reopen in two weeks. That's just completely nuts!
