As an encore to what the GOLD standard Singapore with their incredibly highly paid (you best google and check as no way you believe me if I tell you . Where even a mayor of a tiny collection of apartment blocks will be paid more than the mayor of New York or Shanghai. And of cause, the mayor from the ruling party as well ) politicans masquerading as leaders done on 15 April 2020 (prior to that the dear Supreme Leaders of Singapore were demanding peasants there must not wear masks as that deprived masks from those that needed them) Singapore excelled yet again on 16 April with 728 new cases.

Perhaps Singapore want to show her expertise in pushing down China another place from the C19 tables.

They don't. All they need is to know that China's America's biggest competitor so they need to move out to prevent supporting China. That's the same argument that everything roots to and nothing else good or bad will change that. For most American companies, those who can move out, have. The other people won't do it because their companies would lose competitiveness overnight to manufacture somewhere else with worse work ethic, higher pay, and less skill.

They'll find scapegoats out of thin air. Make up stories about Taiwanese letters and bioterrorism; they don't care about the truth or what China's actually doing. So don't worry about doing them any favors.

You need to stop worrying about America's opinion and realize that it's down to a fight for the global crown. Nobody's holding back. If you don't give them a reason to hate you, they'll make one up. So just do what you need to do for you.

I wonder if Hokkaido restricts inbound traffic or quarantine inbound travelers from other parts of Japan. Just because you flattened the curve in your own area is probably not enough. That's why I'm worried about the situation in the U.S. If people can move unrestricted between states while some states are still in bad shape, that could be a big problem.

On April 16, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, there are 11 domestic new cases and 15 imported new cases. There are 66 new asymptomatic cases. There are 77,944 cured cases and 1,081 existing cases. Existing cases in Hong Kong and Macau decreased 25 to 557.

they do, there are plenty people dont care or lukewarm about china before, because of the crisis, people who usually dont really care about china are more read into china news now, it just mean more people will become anti-china, and every negative news become additional ammo. The more people right winger can get to see their view, the better for them.

I do have to worry about America opinion, since many forum member live in US or in the west, deteriorated sino-us relation means not good for asian living overseas.

They don't need fuel because if you don't give it to them, they just make it up, understand? Trying to reduce made-up complaints by real acts of generosity/kindness is like letting people buy real gold from you with monopoly money! You think China should be as nice as possible to the US to "reduce the negative news" while the US does everything nasty it can think of to China? I'd laugh if it wasn't so sad that a Chinese person had this mental weakness. Why don't you worry about how Chinese people will become anti-American instead and ask Americans to call off the hostilities/nonsense accusations? Cus you know they'll laugh at you? LOL

Selfish nonsense; if it sucks living where you are due to discrimination, then move. Instead, you have the gall to ask China to be pull its punches for you? 1.4 billion Chinese rely on China winning this fight. You don't feel ashamed to ask your nation to hold back for you?
