I am simply amazed that the Taiwanese government actually released the email. Did they actually believe that people are this stupid and can't read their email?

during this Easter I was thinking what'd change because of COVID-19, and I'll post this one before I forget:

it's going to be impossible to fly while having a fever, the same way as it's now impossible to take a manicure set to aircraft cabin
(in December of '01 while leaving the US I had to throw away my manicure set which I had put into my hand luggage, fortunately it was kinda obvious I wasn't a hijacker)

This may be the new way to fly in the post Covid-19 era.

* Emirate Air started serology test for antibodies for all passengers before boarding in Dubai.

* Etihad Airways will have special self-service kiosks at its hub airport in Abu Dhabi in late April to help identify travelers with medical conditions, potentially including the early stages of Covid-19. The technology is designed to monitor the temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate of a passenger.

On April 14th, the US death toll was officially 2,407 and April 15th, the death toll was 2,486. This morning, suddenly April 14th numbers were updated to an incredible 6,185 and April 15th numbers ticked up to 2,763. Does anybody know what happened here?
