China's numbers on Mar. 14, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan: 20 new cases and 10 deaths (table 1). 4 new cases and 10 deaths in Hubei province, including Wuhan (table 2). 16 cases and no death in the rest of China (table 3). All 16 cases outside Hubei were imported from overseas. There are 111 imported cases so far.

The original statement did not suggest it originated in US. To interpret it:
"US doesn't test, who knows where it originated? Maybe US military did it, but who knows? Why don't u americans go figure this out before giving the virus an ethnicity"

Propaganda would be:
"The US military brought the virus to China"
"There are 3 million uyghurs imprisoned in China" "China is raping, torturing, killing, and organ harvesting uyghurs, hongkongers, and falun gong"
All while providing dubious "evidence."
For millennia even the most educated people believed in an white imaginary sky daddy that loves them until he doesn't. What won't people believe in?
