I am not well versed with vaccine technologies

Does the above mean that mRNA vaccines could potentially not work, or work with reduced effectiveness? And that also mean that inactivated virus vaccine is unaffected?

Would appreciate if someone could explain the consequences of this new variant to different vaccines technologies

Most probably all those vaccinated with mRNA, Pfizer and Moderna, will need new booster jabs.

a booster every few months is a total failure of a strategy remember that only 60% of us population is fully vaccinated against covid and this percentage will only dwindle

Man the West has screwed over the world with their covid handling. First they hoard all the vaccines, and then they leave the poor countries without protection.

Expectably, covid rips through the population and eventually proceeds to create this Frankenstein of variant who has combined dozens of the previous mutations

Now, they will produce new "super" vaccines, and as usual hoard them for themselves. Then a new variant will come from poor countries etc

Useless and incompetent Western countries can't think and act based on the overall good of the world. Only solution is for China to have enough production to cover the whole world's population

The West can't withstand more lockdowns. The way I see it, they will shrug their shoulders and let covid do its thing

China dodged a bullet with the Zero Covid strategy (it also helps having competent leaders)
