Well the delta is going up around the world like crazy but their is very little in terms of questioning as to why India didn’t lockdown very well In Regards to the delta and allowing it to spread, especially when you compare the mud slinging that China received. Hence as long as the majority of the world refuses to see this irony, the. The western world deserves to suffer the consequences of their bigotry. It’s just a pity that the leadership didn’t get to bear the pain like the rest of the population
India is still hiding behind their covid-19 numbers. Their real numbers are 10 times higher, even according to their overseas Indian experts. Their vaccination rates are slow and any counter measures are just half-baked.

Just how many Indians are going to die until the government grows a brain, although with the lack of planning in India, maybe not much

What you say reminds me of how Justin Trudeau proclaimed in front of Modi that only India could handle coronavirus pandemic in the proper manner in an apparent snide to China despite there were early signs she has already brought the pandemic under control within the country.

How ironic is it now that it is the Indian variant of the virus that is now causing mayhem around the world?

Well, JT is a political creature and all he did or said was to politically pander to Modi since JT has a large swathe of Indian-Canadian voters in Canada and heck, almost the majority of his cabinet have Indian ethnic backgrounds. Not to mention that Canada is simply trying to play the Great Game of the U.S. playbook by trying to highlight the pitiful India all because of "Democracy" and not based on actual competence or achievements.

If one thinks that Chinese vaccines aren't good enough, then wait for western alternatives. That's is. Period.

Malaysia largely switched to Pfizer from Sinovac some time ago, mostly due to supply issues and contractual agreements according to the authorities.

Well, according to the Johns Hopkins website, Malaysia's covid case count has been going on an upward trajectory since about the time of the vaccine switch, contrary to what the western vaccine hyper supporters would expect. This is in consideration that by now I am guessing at least the same number of the population (if not more) have already been inoculated with Pfizer compared to Sinovac.

I'd like to make clear my point that I never claim Chinese vaccines to be superior than western ones but they are still effective and worth vaccinated. If two doses aren't enough, take three. If remember someone said that "If one gun doesn't solve the problem, then use more guns". So if someone doesn't like China or think that Chinese vaccines are not effective then they can choose to wait for the alternative. I don't care and won't try to convince those people to take Chinese vaccines.
