the Chinese people are the least racists in the world. one of the core assumptions of the Belt and Road infrastructure projects is: just build it, people will come.
they think the successful experience in China can be universally applied to the world. this is a very strong assumption, it could be a fundamental flaw: if nobody, or not enough people come, you will be in trouble.

Taipei's decision not to institute mass (and free) mandatory testing is looking epically stupid right now (especially given the advanced state of the healthcare system on Taiwan).
To the contrary, DPP has no other choices. If DDP allowed free mass testing, DPP's fairy tale in the last 5 years would have been completely busted. The Taiwanese public is becoming another stupid failed public because they are drinking their own kool-aid and getting blind to reality.

The Chinese state led by CCP is indeed the least racist state, because the state is built on public ownership of key industries, which is the foundation of socialism. The socialist USSR provided even more aid to developing countries around the world.
Other states are more racist, not because the people are more racist, but the state is, as the state is built on private ownership of means of production, and the ruling class is the exploitative capitalists, who are fundamentally racist (as racism is good tool to divide and rule, not to mention they get to pay colored people less).

They need to import lots of testing kits and vaccines from mainland China right now, rather than playing politics.
Begging the US when Taiwan can easily obtain vaccines from Fosun and at the same time blaming China and trying to circumvent Fosun as the exclusive distributor. Taiwan has gotten away playing politics because the MSM and brainwashed Taiwanese refuse the confront the truth. Now, Taiwanese needlessly suffer for playing politics.
That's why China can't rely upon mRNA or prioritize mRNA vaccines. China needs to ramp up its production for the raw ingredients first. Otherwise, Chinese vaccines would be at the mercy of the US.
