In this case, I think Bolsonarump has predicted that China cannot afford to lose Brazil because if China loses Brazil at this time, all affords that it has done so long will be all gone and the US will sneak in. In short, China will not give up cooperation with Brazil just because of one guy.
China now has the capacity of making a few billion doses of vaccines, including mRNA vaccines, per year. This should allow China to become the largest producer of vaccines of all types. Just do not understand why India was the largest maker of vaccines.
