Did India prioritize medical staff for vaccination like most other countries?
Its true, it is actually working. Here is prescription:

I don't know but it ought to have.
Seems like India didn't vaccinate all the doctors (which again is the fault of those who planned the vaccination drive).
Maybe they only delivered vaccines to the doctors of those regions where there was a spike? But then again, who the hell is counting? I don't believe the numbers coming from the subcontinent.
So, that is Indian' dream in 2030.
The video showed us Indian became master and " white " people become slave.
So deep inside the heart of Indian right now is they are slave and they dream to become master.
They know themselves that they are slave to white people.
