i think LEAP-1C comes from Safran production facilities. so exempted from tariffs.
yes. most of the foreign parts currently producing in mainland through joint ventures even Engine nacelle produced with Safran through AVIC nacelle in Xian.. this JV company name is ''SAVI''Aren't many of the "American" parts made by local joint ventures anyway?
Besides, there hasn't been a C919 delivered all year. I wouldn't be surprised if the US already imposed a silent embargo.
