The UAV has the high wing like the JH-7A.

L-15 has a mid wing i.e. the wing extending from the mid of the fuselage. The UAV's fuselage also has the aerofoil shape like the JH-7A albeit with a V shaping.

I think it only looks high mounted because there's no cockpit/hump on the L-15.

And it features the same LERX as L-15, air intakes, wing/tail shape

IMO, for a proper comparison, the whole original shape including the cockpit and hump of the L-15 has to be taken into account since it's a big part of the overall aerodynamic shape.

Having said that, the UAV can be seen to have other significant differences to both the JH-7A and L-15 .

Here's a larger model. From what I could read, it's suppose to play some harasser role against enemy air defenses.

CJDBY article text reads:

Very raw translation says "Unmanned drone is used to shooting himself, to establish interference channel "in time of war, you can use the drone to protect drones and cruise missiles. Can also be used to lure the enemy's air defense network work, so our analysis to determine which communication nodes can still work, and provide important clues for the next attack plan."

Conceptual equivalent would be MALD-J, though different scale of airframe and probably endurance

Chinese Aviation Industry launches CH-4 medium altitude long-endurance UAV at AirShow China.
Chinese aviation defence industry launches the CH-4 medium altitude long endurance (MALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) at the 9th AirShow China in Zhuhai, demonstrates China’s efforts in designing and manufacturing of new generation of UAV. There are two variants of this new UAV, the CH-4A and the CH-4B.
