If anything, it's the Indians who are seething. I see way more Indians hating on Xiaohongshu than white Republicans. I've known more than a couple of right-leaning white people who hated China but changed their minds after finding out that Chinese people didn't hate them back.
Unlike Chinese people, Indians worship white people. The thought of white people, especially white women, getting along with Chinese people drives many of them crazy LOL

Honestly, from my experience browsing the internet. Most of the vitriol towards the Chinese nowadays (besides the obvious NED propagandists and hanjians) comes from Mr. Elephant, Mr. Chicken and Mr. Stick instead of Mr. Eagle. Even racist Americans are polite enough to preface by saying "We hate the CCP, not the Chinese people", I have never seen this kind sentiment from Uncle Sam's minions, they just spew hate on the China and the Chinese people.
