Wuchang shipyard is building 25900 DWT chemical ships using stainless steel. This honestly feels like very large of a ship for WC shipyard.

May be the existence of this test platform begin from the idea that
"Instead of building inmobile land test platform like type 55, 001, 002 (convert from 001) and 003 (convert from 002) near a lake in Wuhan, why not built one that is sea mobile that will provide more feed back on test data in open water?"
