Zhanxin Electronics officially launched the 2000V silicon carbide (SiC) 4-phase boost power module product (IV3B20023BA2) in 3B package, providing high voltage, high power density for photovoltaic and other fields.
On February 28, Zhanxin Electronics officially launched the 2000V silicon carbide (SiC) 4-phase boost power module product (IV3B20023BA2) in 3B package, providing high voltage and high power density solutions for photovoltaic and other fields. The product has passed industrial-grade reliability testing and has been introduced and verified by photovoltaic customers. The size of this module product (IV3B20023BA2) is the same as the standard Easy 3B package, with a shell height of only 12mm, which can compress the volume of the application system; the difference is that the 3B package is equipped with a metal base, as shown in Figure 2 below, which makes the module installation more secure and eliminates the hidden danger of aging of the plastic base, making it safer and more reliable.

University of Science and Technology of China, Pan Jianwei, Zhu Xiaobo, Peng Chengzhi, etc., in cooperation with the Shanghai Quantum Science Research Center, Henan Key Laboratory of Quantum Information and Quantum Cryptography, China Institute of Metrology, Jinan Institute of Quantum Technology, School of Microelectronics of Xidian University, and Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, have successfully built a 105-bit (including 105 readable bits and 182 coupled bits) superconducting quantum computing prototype "Zu Chongzhi No. 3" , which has achieved rapid solution of the "Quantum Random Circuit Sampling" task.

Core Tomorrow Piezoelectric Nanoprobe Station - A Precision Exploration Tool at the Nanoscale​


The Xinmingtian piezoelectric nanoprobe station is mainly composed of a piezoelectric nanopositioning table driven by piezoelectric ceramics, a piezoelectric motor and a probe. Its degrees of freedom of movement, movement range, movement accuracy, number of probe modules, etc. can be selected as needed.The picture below shows a piezoelectric nanoprobe demonstration system designed by Xin Mingtian for a nanoprobe station. The system has 4 probes, each of which can move 30mm in the three directions of XYZ, and each motion axis provides nanometer-level motion accuracy.

Below the center wafer is the Xin Mingtian piezoelectric tilt table, which can adjust the nanoradian angle in the θx and θy directions and adjust the wafer's posture. Directly above the wafer is Xin Mingtian's piezoelectric objective lens positioner, which can realize the focusing movement of the lens, with a focusing range of more than 200μm. Through the coordination of the above three, the multi-degree-of-freedom coordination of the piezoelectric nanoprobe station can be achieved, and dynamic real-time focusing and posture adjustment of the wafer can be realized.

Xinmingtian piezoelectric nanoprobe station, which consists of a central piezoelectric nanoprobe station and 4 piezoelectric nanoprobe station modules. Each probe has 7 degrees of freedom of movement, an operating temperature range of -45℃ to 100℃, and a vacuum degree of up to 10^-4Pa.

The piezoelectric nanoprobe station is the core equipment for high-precision detection and processing. As chip manufacturing technology continues to move towards smaller sizes, the measurement and manipulation of microstructures require extremely high precision. The piezoelectric nanoprobe station can accurately control the position of the probe and can perform electrical performance testing, micro-nano processing and detection of semiconductor devices at the nanoscale.
