Seeking Alpha lately started getting very restrictive, not allowing me to link my website to my articles. Meanwhile the quality of articles on Seeking Alpha was getting diluted by authors who had no expertise on the topic they were writing and copied and pasted from an earnings call. This cut down on the number of readers that would read my articles, and hence lowered the number of people accessing my website.

Based on the display chip, the deep ultraviolet microLED maskless lithography technology was proposed and implemented, and a maskless lithography prototype platform was built.
The platform was used to prepare the first deep ultraviolet microLED maskless exposure microLED device. This technology takes advantage of the high uniformity, high alignment, high power density and high energy efficiency ratio of deep ultraviolet microLED display chips, integrates the ultraviolet light source required by traditional lithography machines and the pattern on the mask plate, provides sufficient irradiation dose for photoresist exposure in a short time, and opens up a new path for the revolutionary development of the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
