Unknown Manufacturer S111341A High-band/Mid-band Front End Module found in Huawei's Mate 60 Pro​

The S111341A high-band/mid-band front end module was found in Huawei's Mate 60 Pro mobile handset, which also features SMIC’s first 7nm device. The module contains eight active dies and 65 other passive devices. In addition, inductors are integrated into the base printed wiring board, along side numerous EMI shielding strategies.

I am trying to find the technical specs for this but it isn't detailed like the one for resist develop, etc tools.

If they want sales then they need product information like mass range, resolution, ionization energy, wetted materials, quadruple length, etc, a public manual, and both a casual easy to use software and an API.

Also looks like they are coming from the medical field into semiconductors, so they are more accustomed to work with equipment integrators than retailers.
