Thanks for the explanation Manqiangrexue.

I understand that everyone wants evidence about new developments in the form of Newspaper articles from China sources and even Japanese, Taiwanese and even from the CIA controlled New York Times. I dont blame them.

The information i provided about CETCs 45nm Lithograph is so recent that i doubt many journalists in China even know about it. Most articles about CETC are written when their Semiconductor machinery has already been delivered to the customer.

I managed to get hold of this report below:

January 06, 2021 at 12:28. On January 5, the groundbreaking ceremony of the China Electronics Technology (Beijing) integrated circuit core equipment autonomous and industrialization construction project (Phase I) was held in Beijing, China Electronics Technology Deputy General Manager Yang Jun, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone and member of the Working Committee Chen Xiaonan attended the ceremony.

This is another landmark project for the independent and controllable development of the core equipment of integrated circuits in China Electronics Technology's system. It is important for solving the problems of broken and short chains in the national integrated circuit industry and building an equipment system that supports the independent and controllable development of integrated circuits in my country. Significance.

This project is the assembly of lithography machines, with an annual output of 20 lithography machines. The specific product plan is shown in the table below. (Note that this is not a lithography machine from Shangwei, but a lithography machine assembled by CEC. CEC has the maintenance and assembly capabilities of lithography machines.)
Serial number Product name Product specification unit Annual output
1 Lithography machine 0.35μm 12
2 0.13μm lithography machine 6
3 Lithography machine 65nm units 2
4 Total units 20
Expected date of commissioning: 2021.12 The

project is located in the X45F2 plot of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone and will be constructed in two phases. This project is the

This report is about the commencement of construction of CETCs Lithograph factory.
It mentions production of 2 Units of 65nm Lithographs by the end of 2021.
Now, CETC labels its DUVL as having 65nm Resolution.
(Unlike SMEE which uses for eg 28nm node or 65nm node)
This means CETCs DUVL is called a 45nm node DUVL or in other words is able to produce a 45nm Chip with a single exposure. CETC prefers to specify their DUVL as having 65nm resolution similar to ASML, Nikon etc.

Hope you are all convinced now.
@WTAN , @foofy, and all others with privileged, insider information. I suggest to you and anybody else with privileged information to consider if any specific insider information holds the potential to negatively affect the policy decision making of the US government. For example, if you were to pre-announce a DUVL or EUVL machine BEFORE it is delivered or some kind of breakthrough that would catapult China tech above the leading edge. This kind of critical information will inform hostile think tankers and anti-China Western journalists, that are active in these forums, to report this to their backers and superiors in the US government. Until now, the US elite have been in denial of China's capabilities. They explain it all away with derogatory thinking like it is all copied or stolen and this is why they believe they can block and even reverse China's development. We can't give the drop to these morons. Not all of them are so delusional. Most of their thinking is clouded with ideology, ignorance, emotion, group-think and often racism. We need to keep them in this state for as long as possible. Right now, these mounting smears, slander and sanctions have been an incredible gift for China. They have united China's population like never before and forced a comprehensive tech independence drive. In the future, this will be looked back on as the reason China not only overtook America+puppets in technology but also in world markets. It is a once in a century opportunity on a silver platter. Please use caution and wisdom.

Yep, especially since this thread is directly visible from google. I asked to keep it to only for members but nothing happened.
It's actually some of the members I was referring to as being hostile think tankers, policy analysts and anti-China Western journalists. I think in some cases, it's very obvious who are these members, but you never really know who you are talking to. My recommendation would be to feed Bullsh*t information when your spider sense is tingling and/or limit details to things that can be found publicly that any intelligent person could figure out. Bottom line, NEVER reveal secrets and NEVER lead them to figure something out you don't want them to actually figure out.

Especially since now as forum members, they don't have to write anything, and just lurk. As if this thread was not visible on google from the beginning, so many new people would not reach it.

@krautmeister bro what more they can do ( The Americans)? the ship had sailed, and as you mentioned any more sanction will only increase the Chinese resolved. I wish not to open a can of worm and it may anger some of our esteem members and for that I apologized. Do you guys remember our former member Tidalwave. Its very interesting If you read his previous post , He had predicted in advance and kind of warned us what the Americans will do and sure enough some of his prediction did come true, the Huawei banning and others. I'm intrigue and the debate that followed was so intense that it got me interested in China Semiconductor development.
