Don't mistake activities for achievement.
Each breakthrough is an achievement. Don't mistake large difficult projects with instant gratification.
China is gonna be judged by end result only. Don't compare China to other country because other countries don't have to and US lead western Bloc sanctioning on China only.
Of course I compare China to other countries; nothing is meaningful, good, or bad without comparison. All of China's trials and troubles are because it is the frontrunner by far and the only challenge to American dominance. Every other country, if it had the chance, would also vie to be the world's strongest, but no other country has leadership as excellent as the CCP that can actually put this dream within striking range. This is the big picture that people miss when they go on criticizing some small details an imperfections in China's rise.
China have to because it needs that survive.
Not if China acted like some small soft country and submitted, but it's not and that deserves a mountain-load of credit that you are omitting.
Has it established 100 % fully running Indeginous tech production line at mature
Tech
65nm, 55nm, 45nm,
Or medium tech of 16nm, 14nm, 12nm ??

China has not demonstrated full independence at any one of those above nodes yet.
Maybe very soon but we don't know until indeginous line pumping out parts.
It's ridiculous to ask this now because the tech war has just begun. It's like criticizing a child for not being a champion yet even though he is in training and progressing faster than any peer. It has been an incredibly short time so far for an endeavor like lithography and every indication is that progress is ahead of schedule, at least farrrr ahead of the schedule that the US thought it would take China. Once we've passed a certain amount of time where it took some rivals to progress through their lithograph machines and there is nothing from China, then you may have a fair complaint. Until then, it's just your impatience.
Remember, only end result counts not activities
That's right. So far, everything that is expected to have an end result China has aced, and everything that's expected to still be cooking is developing fast. Demanding results for everything with total obliviousness to time is nonsense.

Yes, results. Which country has near growth rates as China has? You didn't need fully indigenous tech before and it's inefficient to do so before. Latent capabilities were there, now that political considerations have changed, those can scale fairly quickly.
You saying China doesn't need to make chips if US doesn't sanction China? Let others make chips so it can be more efficient?
You are not a very self motivated person , aren't you?

65nm is pretty old stuffs. Fully Indeginous at old stuffs isn't asking a whole lot , ZeEa5KPul.

Above snippet from Chinese article saying IC designer based on design experience and IP integration

Semiconductor manufacturing and equipments development is more related to materials, physics, and chemistry
And this type of fundamental science inside China are generally neglected and people don't really care for this type of fields

If you could stop repeating nonsense, that'd be nice. Economic development doesn't come out of nowhere. The fastest economic growth in history doesn't come without becoming far more competent in chemistry and physics and as noted in prior threads, China is a large manufacturer of chemical and mechanical products by both SMEs and large listed corporates.

It's a snippets from Chinese articles.
Your links for top producing papers is just papers

Vietnam is also super fast at economic development. I wouldn't call it a technology powerhouse

You do realize producing theoretical paper is different than industrialize them into products right?
